Josh arrived right on time. He listened to my observations and concerns, and then walked with me around the house and yard and basement to evaluate.
He was very thorough and explained all the steps he was taking. He even did an excellent job of locating and plugging a gap under a step on the side porch - a gap that I had not noticed! Very thankful he caught that!
