Initial good then went downhill

Sales rep made the pest solution and company sound amazing. Really good sales pitch I will them that, however approx. 3 wks later we noticed activity of pest inside the home which they said would happen but then decrease. However, this was not the case and the sales rep clearly stated to let them know and they will send someone to come by respray outside but also inside where we noticed it most.
This now, didn't happen. First tech scheduled, waited all day and nothing only to find out he said no one was home, I work from home! No bell was rung. Rescheduled and today waited again but no one. Later, checked my security camera to find out someone actually did come but knocked the door, never rand the door bell! Again I work from home and 2 floors up, that's the reason why homes have bells!
Sent an email to company to cancel the service and how bad the service was. Lady calls, says sorry and that they can schedule someone later today, I said I scheduled based on my availability and am busy but then told her how I disliked the service and to cancel. She didn't say anything else, no further apology or possible attempt to resolve issue and and said ok bye then hung-up! Later, head office calls and apparently that their tech! Cancelled remaining service if this is how their tech represent their company. I will give the lady who tried to reason with me and offer another tech but sorry I couldn't waste anymore time/money.
