Mike and Armani have done a few jobs for me on my home, kitchen, full bathroom, opened up one wall, installed cabinets, living room, and hallway floors.
They have installed two vents in my home upside down, which water leaked into my home each time it rained
I had to call Mike on several occasions for this issue, and he had no idea what was causing it.
I had to call my roofer, who fixed the problem, which Mike hired later to do the odd jobs.

They recently renovated my basement, added a full kitchen, and remodeled one of the rooms down there.
Most times I have to follow up with them if their still making an appearance or not.
I had to ask Mike several times when he would be returning to the house to finish the basement and do a dump run for me .
It took him 2 and half weeks to return, and each time, it was 2 hours worth of work.
i wanted this job done way before July 1 so I could put it up for rent, which Mike knew of.

When Mike finally arrived to install the cabinet June 14, 2023, he had run the kitchen wire from the main bedroom where the power box is located through my basement ceiling to the location where I wanted the stove. He had ripped apart my ceiling and left it as it is.

I asked what he was going to do about it, Mikes reply, he could put back the original tiles back up which was throwed out by his son, so he recommended putting up a piece of dry wall at a price of $120 and 398 labour.

Additional to all this, he says I would need a fan for the kitchen which would be an extra 100 for it. I dont understand, Mike if he doesnt supply it why didnt he ask from the beginning, so its all included in one bill, but I noticed on the bill he wrote up for me he was supplying it.

Armani and one of the other employees helped bring in a stove and fridge which I purchased. They did not even bring to my attention that they broke one of the glass frame or they dented my back door and scratched up the frame

He offered to do the dump run for me for 600 dollars value, but he came back claiming he didn't realize how much stuff I had. I never hid the fact of all the things I wanted toss out. Mike requested an additional 300 to get the job done, which I paid. He had to get an additional bin for the dump run and offered to pay for the additional cost.
I won't be contacting them again
