Dont go with this company! The manager (Mainu) is horrible and whoever is doing the scheduling. The technician s are good and nice. I had one appointment that turned out good from the technician Felix. I booked my second one a week and a half prior, to the appointment date (today) I took the day off from work (Im a single parent) for this appointment. First I was told the appointment was between 12 to 1:30pm and the technician will call me 15 min before they arrive. Then the day before, I received a text confirming the appointment but now at 11:30am (which was the wrong time but was fine) so I confirmed on my end (I have screen shots of this text and other conversations with the manager). The following day the technician called me at just before 10 am saying he was about 15 min away. I said the appointment isnt until 11:30 am. He said the company scheduled it on his end at 10 am. I said I cant do that because Im not home. I said thats unfair I booked the day off for this appointment and was going to be at my house for 11:30am. I dont have all day for one appointment and my time was for 11:30am. He said he was booked all day and yes thats unfair
and to call the company and that I should put in a review because the client s shouldnt be treated like that. I went back and fourth with the company who promised to send out Felix (the best technician in the company) to come at 11:30am. At 11:30 am they sent out some other new technician to deal with the problem. I called them back and they said they will talk to manager and send out Felix and will call me back. They never called me back. I called again and finally reached the manager. He didnt listen to the problem and was arguing/talking back. I told him I am going to write a review. He said to resolve it another way and that this is the first time this happened. That he will pay whatever just dont write the review. Felix eventually came after texting he was 15 min away. After the service I asked Felix for his number, he gave it. I called the manager (Mainu) (who btw was a really mean to me and was laughing on the phone saying he didnt take up my whole day, which he did). He told me all I wanted was money and that he will pay $45 for an hour and a half of work (I sat at home from my appointment time 11:30am -2pm). I paid over $500 for the service, so clearly $45 to pay me off from doing a review made no sense (because $45 is a lot of money now a days for a grown woman- what am I going to do with that buy some Pokémon cards and candy). The problem wasnt NOT resolved either. The $45 didnt matter, the service was what did. Then he said he would only pay that amount if I didnt put in a review. I found out that this company has had over 200 people complain and apparently the company has had meeting s in this. The manager(Mainu) is extremely rude and only cares about money. He doesnt care about his employees or clients and will talk back to you. He shouldnt even be in business. The people scheduling the technician s will give you wrong timing. The technician s were nice and friendly. I didnt take the manager s $45 and decided to write the review. I believe other s should know about the company so they dont spend as much as I did and had to go through this much stress/headache. Especially dealing with the manager at the this company. After all of this I called the manager and of course no answer. I told him I dont need his $45 and decided to write a review.
