We hired Bright Maids last month for a 3 bedroom house and we liked the service so much we decided to retain them for recurring cleans. The maid gave me an update when he was going to be a few mins late due to traffic. He was well equipped, was very effective and listened to all my instructions. On the customer service side, they are very nice and responsive.
