There were two ways of approaching the installation of barbecue gas line, he did an excellent job telling me the pros and cons and costs associated with both and left the decision up to me. Joe was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was pleasant to speak with, clearly answered all of my questions and assured me that he could take care of the job. The day of the job, he showed up on time and was prepared. We discussed and agreed on a course of action for moving the gas line for my stove and he immediately got to work. I had another trade working on my kitchen reno and Joe was professional and coordinated with them so they were not interfering with each other. Overall, the customer service that Joe provided is exactly what I expect and hope for.

Clean install, used existing house piping from an old fireplace and cleaned up the old copper.
Lined up the pipe alongside an existing hot tub power cable to blend in.

Joe was responsive and professional from the start. Our project was scheduled in a timely manner and executed as planned. Joe was very friendly and answered my many questions throughout. We had a capped natural gas line under our deck for future use that we wanted to set up for use with our bbq. Joe installed a shutoff valve in our basement at the beginning of the line, and added an extension under our deck to the bbq where he installed solid metal piping (secured to the deck), another valve, and connected to our bbq. Overall, we are happy with the end result and are excited to start using our bbq!
