Joe was quick to respond and communicated clearly. He came on time and did a great job onsite. There were two ways of approaching the installation of barbecue gas line, he did an excellent job telling me the pros and cons and costs associated with both and left the decision up to me. He was also very patient with all my questions. I will definitely recommend and call Fair HVAC again!
