and the work plan.The installer crew were very pleasant They showed up on the time every day and did fabulous job and cleanup at the end of each day.The both bathroom renovations were completed on time and on budget, and we absolutely love them.

When I finally decided that I wanted our primary bathroom renovated, a neighbour recommended Toronto Bath Centre. My husband and I met with Alina and were immediately put at ease. From the start, she was professional, friendly, has a great eye for design, and a good sense of humour. She was so patient when it came to dealing with rules and policies we had to follow in our condo. The construction team, led by Sergei, were amazing and super courteous. In the end, we were given a beautiful, sophisticated bathroom. I highly recommend working with Alina and her team.

We were finally ready to gut our "vintage" bathroom and start from scratch. We carefully searched out contractors and Alina impressed us with her professionalism, hands-on attitude and design expertise. We appreciated the showroom because it helped narrow down options and showed us how different fixtures, tiles etc. would appear. From demolition to final touches, the whole team was clean, responsive, efficient and trustworthy - everything you could ask for. We felt the pricing was fair and the invoicing, straightforward. The Toto toilet and Washlet unit looks good and works very well. The removal of the old toilet and the installation of the new one was completed professionally and neatly. Staff at the store were also friendly and very helpful in providing information about the features of the toilet and Washlet unit.

A leak was discovered in our main bathroom walk-in shower affecting the unit below our apartment. The only way to be 100 % on solving this issue was to demolish all and rebuild the walk-in shower. After consulting and quoting with various contractors, we decided to hire Toronto Bath Center. They weren't the least expensive, but they seemed to us the most serious and professional. The owner, Alina, was always our contact and who was on top of the project before, during, and after it was completely finished, communicating permanently with us.
The general contractor, Anton, and the tile person did a great job, very organized and clean, something very important particularly when you are working in a condo. The job was completed on the time promised and with great quality. We highly recommend Alina and Toronto Bath Center!
