I was having trouble finding somebody to replace the pillars on my porch. I found Maksoud Renovations through a friend of mine. He told me they do excellent work And I was not disappointed. The job was done in a professional manner and in one day. I would highly recommend them for any work that they do.

I am highly satisfied with the renovation Maksoud did for me. He installed ceramic tile in my kitchen, hallway and washroom. He also installed engineered hardwood in my living room, dining room and family room.

Fadi was great to work with.
He demolished the bathroom wall finishes and removed and replaced the bathtub. Then he waterproofed the walls and installed new wall tile, new glass shower doors and a new floor. He finished with new paint and caulking. When Fadi's plumber had some difficulties installing the new rain shower fitting he stayed late to make sure we would have the water back on before he left.
We would highly recommend Fadi for any renovation project.

Placed request for quotes to have our master bathroom renovated. Selected Maksoud Renovations for the work. They submitted a detailed quote to complete the work, and we were not disappointed. Once selected Mr. Maksoud began the remodeling of our bathroom the next day. Excellent workmanship. Completed project as requested and in record time; two weeks from start to finish. The delivery of the vanity was delayed and Mr. Maksoud returned as promised to finish the project. Quality workmanship and highly professional. The bathroom needed extensive plumbing work and was completed as promised. Highly recommend This company.

Service Request
It is by chance that I discovered the homestars.com website.
Using this website, I posted, in December 2023, a service request that involved installing at least nine ceramic tiles around a fairly new bathtub faucet. The area that needed tiling measured 18 inches x 18 inches.
The ceramic tiles would measure 6 inches x 6 inches x 2/8 inches. By precaution, I purchased 15 white ceramic tiles of those dimensions.
Quote for the service and service
In December 2023, Maksoud Renovation Inc. showed interest in the service request although the company is a General Contractor. The owner of the company provided, in writing, a quote. It was $650.00 plus HST tax at 13% = $84.50.
The total included the cost of labour and the costs of materials, except for the ceramic tiles because of their size, colour, and thickness. As indicated above, I purchased these ceramic tiles.
The owner of the company not only completed the service request (covering an 18-inch x 18-inch area with tiles). He also reglued the loose tiles adjacent to the main area for repair. The tiles were loose due to the impact of vibrations caused by local mechanical forces like hammering tiles.
Moreover, the owner added white caulking at critical points of the ceramic wall and around the bathtub. Now I know that this caulking must be changed every two years.
Timeline for the service and quality of the service
Maksoud Renovation Inc. completed the service on the day specified and within four hours and 30 minutes (all-inclusive up to clean up and pack-up). The estimated time was one day and one hour on the next day.
The completed work looks great and is esthetically balanced with the existing surrounding tiles. As indicated, I took responsibility for selecting appropriate tiles for the service.
I wrote a cheque of $734.50 ($650.00 + $84.50 HST) to the order of Maksoud Renovation Inc.
Thus, Maksoud Renovation Inc. honoured the quote and the service request. On my part, the check is well covered with sufficient funds.
Given the above, I am very pleased by the excellent, reliable, and professional service of Maksoud Renovation Inc. I can certainly recommend this company to other homeowners.
My grade for the service is: 10/10 marks.

We hired Maksoud Renovation to do a bathroom remodel in our basement. We wanted to make significant changes to the bathroom (expand the walls, move the shower, change all tile) while maintaining the costs within a reasonable budget.
