Elite Appliance were called to repair our washer which wasn't working properly and under warranty. They were called by the manufacturer and came in a timely manner in the time frame they said and provided a courtesy message to indicate the exact time which was appreciated. The technician was thorough and efficient and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in a reasonable time. The technician explained the issue and was able to provide advice on maintenance and use going forward. Very satisfied with the service and the repair experience and would recommend to friends and would call in the future if needed.
