They contacted me in a timely manner and were able to arrange a time suitable for them to come. When the repair person arrived, he quickly diagnosed what was wrong and immediately ordered the correct part. Several days later, the company texted me with a date and time in which they could return. I simply had to text back yes or no if that time was suitable. The company representative arrived within the timeframe that was stated and had my repair done within minutes.
