I just moved to Canada a few months ago, and I find the cookie-cutter houses extremely bleh looking.
Firat and his team took this house and transformed it into a modern looking beauty that everyone on the street stops to look at and compliments.
Looking out the window, I often find people stopping in front of the house just to take pictures.

Super polite and friendly, the team became more than mere workers who came to do a job. They're like brothers to me now.

I have had many construction companies who have done work for me over the years and I can honestly say Sunrise has the hardest crew who do not stop until the job is finished.

What was great
1. Instant communication (Firat was great to deal with)

2. Workmanship: This crew worked in 40 degree heat for 12+ hours a day (NO B.S.)

3. finished job: We picked the wrong color to finish off the molds (our mistake) and to make it right - they came back to change the color and now everything looks great (see pics of a few windows as an example)
3A: yellow trim was original color we picked that we thought would be ok at first but were mistaken
3B: Grey is what we changed it to and im sure everyone who is looking at them can agree it looks much better

4. Completed everything on time and for the same quoted price: no surprises when it came to payment.

Firat and his team did a marvellous job at my townhome. I had a 15 year old townhome with wood siding. It was rotting badly. After finding one of their recent job in my neighborhood, i was impressed by the quality of work and decided to give them contract for my home. The first day the contractor came and inspected existing conditions and gave his feedback, he also explained very well what service and in what sequence he is going to accomplish the work. We decided on the color and then after few days his team started the job. It was a very difficult task to remove existing siding with care. His team was extremely professional and skilled. After removing they worked continuously for few days to build up the new work. I am really impressed by their commitment, level of detail and eagerness to do the job with due diligence. I was really really happy with their work ethics. On top of that they gave me good warranty and good price to finish the job. I can say they work really hard to get the job done correctly. If i can give more than 5 star i would provide it to them. They were really knowledgeable. Also, after the job they cleaned the site well before leaving.

They started job August 8 2022 they start good job after few days very bad after finishing I have problems one window side edge not level I told them they said come back with one week they come back yesterday October 04/2022 finish the job today October 05/2022 how long Im waiting one more thing they finish job they dont clean Im all over cleaning they need only money I dont want to recommend this sunrise company anybody I have a bad experience with that company

Recently had some work done on the side of the house for side step replacement. To finish things off, we needed some detailed stucco repair and work to make things complete.
Sunrise was prompt to reply to the request (even though it was relatively small), took the time to see the job in person, provided some options and a fair proposal for the work. Work was completed that week. They even went above and beyond to repair some unrelated repairs.

Strongly recommend for small (or big) stucco related work.

Exceptional work, efficient, detailed and thorough. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior work completed.

We hired Sunrise to redo 3 front porch pillars in a stucco finish. Gazi was professional, friendly & thorough in his work. He started and finished the job on time, cleaned up each day, and we were pleased with the beautiful finished product. Highly recommend.
