Thanks to Johnny from I-Care Renovation, we had a lot of negotiation with Johnny's team about interior planning, material selection, construction, etc. They were very patient and explained everything to us. Finally, we planned 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room in the basement. I really appreciate their company's efforts.

A toilet in our guest bathroom broke and needed to be replaced quickly as we have upcoming showings. Kevin and his team responded within hours and were able to come and replace the old toilet. Kevin and his team were fast, professional, and super nice! definitely would recommend!

A toilet was leaking so I reached out to Homestars - I-Care Renovation was the only company that responded (within one day) and looked at photos of the problem to assess what it might need. They scheduled for the first day that I was available (they were willing to come on the weekend but I wasn't available), communicated clearly about possibly delays with rush-hour traffic and communicated en route as well. They removed the toilet, showed me the problem and explained why it was leaking, fixed it and even fixed something else that I've been holding off on for a while. Very responsible, helpful and personable. Much appreciated Kevin & partner!

My basement needs to be fully renovated. We found Johnny, he is serious and responsible, and he quoted us a good discount. Other companies quoted 5,000 dollars more than them, and the construction period was completed one week ahead of schedule. If my house needs to be renovated, we will continue to hire They, they are amazing!
