We had a glass door with a locking mechanism on the bottom of the door with a stuck dead bolt. We risked having to remove the door (175lbs) but Refael was able to do without it saving a ton of time and money!
Arrived on time with a quick turn around from initial conversation to arrival! Very helpful and charged a very reasonable rate for his services.
