My front door lock broke and the door could not be opened. Refael responded to my request quickly and set an appointment to view the problem. He called in advance and showed up on time. He quickly removed the lock, explained the problem, and recommended a better quality lock. He went across the city to collect the replacement lock. The installation was quick and professional. Fee was fair and Refael also quickly repaired a problem on another door free of charge. I highly recommend Refael and his locksmith company to anyone in need of locksmith services.
