Terrible Quality - Did not complete the work
Project Seal and Coat was hired by my neighbour and I to repave our shared laneway. See the photos for the poor quality of work. The original concrete driveway was not excavated, gravel was just poured on top of it. The asphalt that was then poured is lumpy and uneven. The boarders are also uneven and asphalt was spilled into our garden beds. When concerns about the quality of work were brought up to the companys owner, he walked off the job site without completing the work.

Stephanie, thank you for writing. We apologize you had such a negative experience with Project Seal & Coat LTD. Unfortunately, the deposit you are requesting was for material costs only. This is stated on all estimates and invoices you received. We acknowledge that this project was not up to standard and had many uncontrollable factors which is why we waived your labour fee. All parties present at the end of the project agreed to a resolution and the invoice was closed. We take pride in our work with our focus being quality and integrity. We are always looking for ways to improve to not make the same mistakes in the future.
