Michael and his team demonstrated once again why they have consistently delivered and backed up their 10/10 ratings and reviews. I'm not surprised at all by the stunning results. Nevertheless, Michael made the whole restoration process a very pleasant experience from start to finish: cost/scope estimation, design recommendations, staying on budget/time, and cosmetic touch-ups. Michael displayed an industrious attitude, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills - well rounded qualities that led to a successful project. I will undoubtedly recommend Michael to others, and surely will reuse his services in the future.

We had a flood and mold issue in the home theatre area in my basement which the flooring and walls needed to be redone after the mold issue was taken care off. We also decided to redo the homebuilder's original bathroom in the basement as well as the hallway cabinets/bar area. Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and did everything professionally and there were no hidden or extra costs and he finished when he thought he would. He curtained off the area to prevent dust from entering the rest of the house. He subcontracted the plumbing and electrical which was appreciated. Afterwards when we noticed a slight water leak from the shower doors that he had subcontracted out to a door maker, he had the issue resolved quickly and effortlessly. The end result was amazing. I will definitely hire Michael again when I need projects done and have already given his name to friends.

The crew was pleasant and invited me to see the progress. Whenever something came up they provided with on-the-fly solutions; or worked with me to come up with appropriate solutions. Upon completion of the bathroom renovation, the results were amazing. The My Home Renovation team prides themselves on client satisfaction and most importantly their work. They plan to revisit and inspect their own work and correct as needed. As a homeowner this is appreciated. I think my biggest compliment will be choosing My Home Renovations for my next bathroom project.

The My Home Renovation team did an amazing job repainting our entire condo. They also installed new light fixtures and towel racks. They were easy to work with, flexible with timing and professional throughout the process.

I hired Michael to do a small job replacing tiles in my bathroom after they had to be removed for a plumbing job. He came on the scheduled day, did the job efficiently, and it looks great. You wouldn't know it had been patched. I had worried it would be hard to find someone willing to take on such a small job -- and in fact I'd hired someone else first who then ghosted me -- but he was great and reliable. I'd use his services again.

They had my main floor done in a day. I would definitely call on My Home Renovation for any other work that I may want done to my house. I would not hesitate to hire My Home Renovation team ( Michael and gang ) for any home renovation. What makes them so much better is as follows: 1. They stayed until 9:00PM on the last night as they wanted to complete the job by the promised date. 2. They had great ideas as to make some improvements after the flood. 3. They will not be satisfied until the client is 100% satisfied with their work. This is not a common trait. 4. Their cleanup after every day, especially when the project was completed was exceptional.

I contacted Michael about the floor in the basement that was damaged by a water leak. He completed several other tasks I needed done in a short period of time. He has great people skills, always checking in to ensure I was satisfied with the work he completed. Moreover, he consistently kept his promises. He patiently explained any questions I had in words I could understand. Fixing the water damage around the house was not an easy task, but I was fortunate to find Michael during this tiring process. I would like to express my appreciation for his work through this review.
