Down to Perfection

I tried to send this earlier but don't see it. My garage ceiling had been damaged by water leakage last Winter. John is very personable, worked hard for two days and did a grand job on the ceiling. We had discussed before hand whether the shelves should be tarped as the floor was. I told him I would be cleaning the shelves anyway so gave the go ahead. There was much more sanding done than I expected and have spent days washing everything in the garage. I would advise others to remove what ever you can or cover up.

Professional, on-time, on-quote, tidy, personable. Would absolutely use him again. GREAT customer service!!! John did a great job managing expectations, communicating his needs and timelines and even called when running late due to traffic. He completely understood what making a home safe for seniors looked like and was able to offer suggestions that made sense.
