Fraser, Tim, and the crew at Estate Exteriors are real professionals. Great communication and customer service from the start. Reached out and scheduled an estimate during a time that worked best for us and our busy work weeks. Further, they provided excellent overview of the project, measurements, and materials used. Provided a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule the job for a couple week later. On the day, the crew worked efficiently and quietly, hardly making much noise (didn't wake our toddlers during their afternoon nap, in fact), was professional and respectful of our space, and cleaned up expertly after the job was done (in 1 day!). Roof looks fantastic and since have even had people compliment it as they walked by. I bought my home about 5 years ago (30 something years old). The roof was not new but looked OK to me (not original). The sky lights were clouded over but never leaked (all 7). Over the years, I would keep finding shingles on the ground and would have it repaired(?) and inspected each time. This year I decided to replace the shingles before I had a problem inside. All the contractors that quoted were very professional and knowledgeable. I asked each, do I really need to redo my roof and are my skylights OK. Most told me, I do have issues on the sunny side of my roof and would show me pictures. Most told me my skylights were OK. What set Tim apart was not only did he show me I had issues with my roof, but he also actually did minor repairs while he was up there. Also, he was the only contractor that told me 2 of my skylights had cracks and one was installed incorrectly. During the installation it rained off and on all week. This made the work much harder and longer for them as they would peel back a section re roof and then move on, so my home was never exposed. At the end of each day, they would clean up around my home and left it neat and safe. At the end of the job my home was put back in place with no nails or roofing material on the ground. My decision was confirmed, I made the right call hiring Tim. Good luck too you, but you may not need it if you hire him.

I had a waterfall coming off one side of my roof in heavy rain and a mysterious wet spot on my ceiling. I had various unsuccessful attempts at repairing the issue. One company unsuccessfully re-sealed the vent and other repaired a faulty downspout and then tried to convince me to completely replace my entire eavestrough (for close to $4000). I called Estate Exteriors to get a second opinion before doing such an extensive repair. Tim specializes in leak detection and was able to expertly assess the problem and fix it. He came quickly, showed me pictures of everything he found (loose shingles and no caulking in the evestough that was causing water to seep out the seems instead of going to the downspout). Tim repaired all the issues on the spot for under $400 and saved me $4000! He is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be calling Estate Exteriors when it is time to replace the full roof because those who can be trusted in small matters, can be trusted in larger ones.

Boy am I ever glad I hooked up with Estate Exterior. Tim and his team were very pleasant work with. They finished the job in great time and left my home clean with a beautiful looking roof. The workmanship is fantastic, I highly recommend these guy.

We had used Tim and his team for our reno last year and were extremely impressed with the quality and speed with how they worked. When it was time to do our detached Garage this year, I contacted Tim and he was able to come out and quote it and schedule it in. Very impressed again with the crew and the quality of work they put in. They also left the site cleaner then when they had arrived. Great company and work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Tim and his guys did a great job, very neat and professional. Have had several positive comments already from neighbours. They noticed the difference from other roofs that were done on my street by other roofers, ours looks a lot better. I certainly will be recommending Estate Exterior Roofing.

The flashing around our roof was in need of repair. Tim and his crew were able to complete the flashing repairs and found and repaired other issues in record time. Very willing to discuss the repairs and show us how the repairs were made.
Everything was left very clean.. all in all a great job and experience.
