Sunroom in front of house is our main entry way. The door needs adjusting and cannot be used. I emailed and called June 26, 2023. The woman in Vaugan said she would mark it urgent. A follow up said it would take 3 or 4 weeks. It is now August 9th, over 6 weeks since initial contact, and we have not heard a word from Lumon. We love the sunroom but have to rate the follow up service as poor.

Lumon built us a sunroom that leaks from the bottom. Whenever it rains, it creates a pool of water inside. We asked for their assistance to seal it better, but they have not responded to our request for the last six months despite multiple emails and phone calls. We have no choice but to go elsewhere to correct this unfortunate construction error to prepare for the approaching winter weather and influx of melting snow.

We like our sunroom, but I would suggest you go elsewhere to get this built. You will get your money worth with better connmuniction, better aftercare and much less frustration along the way.

We absolutely love, love, love our acrylic patio cover. It looks amazing and has allowed us to use our backyard like another room in our house. The protection from the sun (UV), heat and rain has made it one of the most functional updates weve done on our house! We are able to spend so much time outside now as a family and makes it comfortable for outdoor cooking and entertaining too! Another plus, is that it lets the natural light in so it doesnt make our house dark. We will likely add a fan and retractable screens in the future too!

We had a patio cover installed in 2021. In 2022 we added a glass retractable wall to enclose one side mainly for a wind break. Its great to be able to fully or partially open the wall.
We love these products as there are stylish, great quality and maintenance free.

We recently had Lumon Canada enclose our deck and it everything we hoped for. It keeps wind and water out and will give us 3season use.
Lumon personal were great and their salesman Scott was very helpful in designing our project and kept in touch throughout the project.

We wanted a roof over are deck but I didnt want to block the inside light. I absolutely love this roof. It really cuts the hot sun and our deck feels like another room of the house. I can use my deck all day, even when the sun is beating down. I have skin cancer and can still enjoy the outdoors without being covered in a hat, shirt and sun screen. Scott was an excellent person to work with: friendly, knowledgeable and he has a sample trailer where you can experience the product before buying. Great experience from purchase to installation!

Like it very much. There were some leaks in the roof but they were fixed. Everything is fine now.

Lumon retractable and folding glass doors were the perfect solution for our covered back porch. They are easy to fold in when you don't need them and want the open fresh air. When closed they protect the interior from the elements and annoying insects without obstructing the view and let in all the natural light. They also blend perfectly with our house and we have received so many compliments on how beautiful they look. They are also very well made and sturdy.
This company truly stands behind their product. Four years after the doors were installed, I received an email from the company to introduce the new representative for our area to contact if there were ever any issues with the doors. As it happened, about 2 weeks later I was attempting to fold open the doors when one of the panels appeared to be stuck. I emailed the Rep, and Joy replied within 24 hrs. She arranged for an installer to come by and take a look. Ryan came by and easily fixed the problem with some minor adjustments and went above and beyond to give all the doors and tracks a checkup and service. Joy also came by and introduced herself. Everyone that I have encountered with this company have been very friendly and professional. I would recommend Lumon Canada to anyone interested in this type of product.

After looking at many other roof coverings I am extremely happy with my choice, Lumon. I contacted Lumon Hamilton last August for installation in early spring and as promised it was installed the first week of April. The installation was completed by two highly trained technicians and was completed with an attention to detail and in a professional manner. The area after the job was completed was clean and tidy. I was impressed with the whole process from the sales to the installation. I was impressed that after a couple weeks Chris stops in to see that I was completely satisfied.
Thanks again Lumon (Chris). The quality roofing system was expertly installed and produced a wonderful backyard area we can enjoy for years to come.
