Toilet wax ring replacement

Raymond did an excellent job for my girlfriend, replacing a poorly installed wax ring by another contractor. The toilet was leaking into the apartment below. Raymond is very honest, and did exactly what needed to be done, and charged exactly what he said he would. Raymond guaranteed his work for a year, but he said the repair would last for several years. This is what we needed, a good, honest plumber. That is Raymond.

Diagnosis and repair toilet

Top notch. I cannot thank Raymond and his team enough for their professional and seamless service. Raymond is knowledgeable and experienced and with his expertise he was able to diagnose and repair my specialized toilet where two previous plumbers failed. My tenants also commended Raymond for his professionalism, timeliness, and excellent communication. I would call on Raymond and True Service Plumbing and Drain again in a heartbeat for any plumbing issues and I would recommend them without hesitation for anyone who is looking for plumbing and drain expert.

Kitchen sink drain replacement

Raymond and Steven arrived on time with the proper tools and replacement parts and made quick work of this job. When completed they cleaned up their work. They were courteous and friendly the whole time.

Excellent and Friendly Service

Toronto

On a Saturday our kitchen p-trap suddenly disintegrated and we had water leaking from underneath! What a mess! Raymond came same day and in under 20 minutes he had installed a new one with some advice about unclogging drains and treating mold damage. Going forward we will use this company for all our plumbing needs.
