Bathroom faucet repair

Our bathtub faucet popped off the wall and the internal screw appeared broken upon inspection.

Raymond arrived the next day and provided excellent service, explaining what the problem was as well as providing a replacement faucet and installing it. Great service. Highly recommended.

Bathroom sink.

I had a a pipe start leaking. I tried to see what I could do but couldnt do it alone. I usually dont like dealing with people so I try to fix as much as I can.

My friend had a good experience with TrueService Plumbing so I decided to give them a call. A gentleman by the name of Max had shown up later and I spoke to him about the issue that I was having. He reassured me that he would do everything he could to fix the situation. I was very pleasantly surprised to find someone who actually backed up what they said. Ive seen multiple people try to get in and get out and make a quick dollar. Max did the complete opposite.

Max looked into the leak, and after investigation talked me through what the issue was. He explained to me what would cause a pipe to burst in the way it did and since he fixed it there has been no issue with it. It works perfectly and Im very happy with the job he provided.

I would definitely recommend him and this company.

Incredible Service!

As a new homeowner, I was worried about finding a plumber I could trust. If you feel the same, look no further!!! Raymond is not only a lovely person but he is a very experienced plumber who took the time to answer my questions and help me understand the problem as opposed to just quoting a price. Raymond and true service plumbing in general is going to be my go to for all of my plumbing needs moving forward! I am so grateful to have found you Raymond!

Clogged toilet

Raymond was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and was able to provide helpful advice to avoid issue in the future. He was responsive, was able to come within 24 hours of calling him, showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed our issue quickly and was very professional throughout the whole experience. Excellent service

Prompt service. Quality work! Im really happy with the work. Raymond is professional and knowledgeable. He showed up quickly to fix my drain in the kitchen. The clogging problem had been bothering me for months. Raymond was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in an hour. He also provided me with useful tips for ongoing maintenance. Raymond was referred to me by neighbors. We highly recommend him!
