Called in to True Service since we had a leaking pipe in our basement causing us to have wet floors every time we used our washing machines. Right from talking to someone over the phone, we felt like we would be in good hands since they were very knowledgable and courteous when we asked some simple questions prior to having them come in. They came in a timely manner to our house, was able to inspect the problem and fix is right away. Service was also cost efficient with no hidden fees. Their company name really goes along with their service since they TRULY do an honest and effective job. Glad we went with them to fix the pipes in the basement!
