Sweep Aside

I had book this cleaning in advanced and on Friday the contract stated they would begin at 9:00am. An hour goes by and I called the office and spoke with the owner and he said they start at 10:00am. I sent him the contract and he sent a new one with the 10:00am time. He was not honest with me on this. He kept saying if I am not happy I can cancel. Is this how the owner does business? I needed a thorough cleaning as I just went through a major renovation. He assured me that his staff is very professional. The cleaner did not show up to my house until 10:45am and she was a high school student!! She was very inexperienced and constantly asked me what to do next. I spent so much of my time training her as some areas needed to be done again. Should I send my invoice to you Mr. Owner for training your staff? I will NEVER use Sweep Aside services again nor will I recommend. Buyer beware!!!!!

They had the lowest prices. Good, nice, and polite people. Going to use them in the future.

I was in desperate need for some help to clean the bathrooms that have been stained from the 5 people that use it. All of us pitched in together and we’re happy we did, grime builds up and we didn’t even realize how bad it was until after it was cleaned. It was done fast, professionally and most importantly - extremely well. From here on out we’ll definitely keeping it clean!!
