James and his crew did a really great job. They were excellent, hard workers, show up every day, super accommodating, and they cheerfully work around even the smallest concerns to find the right solution. I'm very satisfied and hope they're available the next time we are ready to remodel.

HORRIBLE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DISSATISFIED!!! UNETHICAL!!! James and his brother Jay did such a bad job that I had to pay real carpenters to fix all the deficiencies. I have addressed my many concerns with James and he assured me that he would refund me $500 to cover his deficiencies. He promised this many times since April. Now he does not respond to my calls, texts or emails. Very unprofessional. He tried to excuse his faulty work on crooked walls. However, the issues I have are with the UNLEVELLED AND NOT IN SQUARE new work that he and his brother built. Not even related to the existing construction of the home. What kind of carpenter does not even own a square??? I had to show his brother with a carpenters square just how out of line their work was.
Please save your money for real professionals.
James has caused me financial and emotional hard ache. He never returned the small amount he promised.
I have been advised to take him to court for the whole amount I paid plus punitive damages.

Jay always does a fantastic job for us. His quality and professionalism is second to none. He gets the job done swiftly with no mess. I highly recommend him for any painting job, as he can paint anything. I have used his services for several jobs and will continue to do so.

Amazing work painting, drywalling, caulking our entire property. Our property now looks like a brand new house. Great communication and very efficient company. Would highly recommend and use in the future.

This was a total tear out and rebuild and the team was very prompt and let me know what was happening all the way. They cleaned up each day and made sure that we were able to keep using parts of the kitchen for as long as we could. It made things a bit less stressful. We are not quite complete as we need counters so I can't wait to see what the finished kitchen is going to look like. the team has done an amazing job so far.

I have hired this company a few times and have referred them to several people as they do an amazing job. Very impressed with the customer service as they respond quickly to any questions. Usually with contractors I find you have to chase them down like crazy and keep your fingers crossed that they actually show up to do the job. This company has not let me down once, always show up, always on time, great results, awesome customer service, friendly and professional. I will happily continue to refer them and help their business grow due to the quality of service provided.

What an amazing job Jay did on my home. I would highly recommend their service and am still blown away at the drastic change it made my house look like!

I had them relocate my kitchen to where the dining room was, then turn the old kitchen into a ground floor bedroom.
There were a lot of structural walls removed and opened to make bigger spaces. The original dining room had no insulation as it was plaster and lathe under the drywall, so it was completely gutted and rebuilt. All new wiring & old knob and tube removed. Many pot lights installed, new island built. The design of the kitchen and bedroom is amazing, and I am so incredibly happy with the outcome!
Definitely will recommend FIA Renos to everyone I know!!
