Titan Movers

Too small a truck. Packed boxes stacked like a wall or pyramid. Furniture both bedroom and living room literally dragged, banged, scrapped, split wood and gouged. They had plenty of moving blankets but I never witnessed any being used. Hence the damage while loading, the travelling and unloading. Furniture well looked after and now damaged. Enough to make a grown man cry! So so disappointing! Now I am faced with three options: 1) Live with it. Uh uh! 2) Have it Pro repaired/re-finished. At what costs? 3) Submit a damage claim with Titan Movers! Just a sample of pictures attached.

After 3 confirmations, they still didn't come prepared or what was agreed on. Three guys showed up with no dolly, wraps, blankets, trolly, bubble wraps. I had to loan them mine. They destroyed so many pieces of furnture it's disheartening. Shaun showed no remorse. Asked for proof (his own guys were standing right there while i was on the phone with Shaun) asked for quotes (which was provided) and he never did anything. Wouldn't return calls. Raquel confirmed he was getting messages. Go elsewhere, or try them and figure this out the hard way. Here are just a few things. Many items...floor lamp, pictures etc... had to go in the garbage. FYI...they even slid wardrobe boxes down stairs.

We hired Titan movers for a 320 kilometre move. The team was excellent from start to finish. I have moved about 30 times and this is the best moving company I have hired. The owner, Sean, shows up in person and helps load the truck with his team, which was refreshing. The entire team was professional, quick, careful, courteous and experienced. They protected all of the furniture carefully and loaded the truck skillfully. They also laugh and have fun while working, which was great to see. They also worked with us to accommodate the move-in schedule of the condo building. Very competitive rates as well. I recommend them highly!

Simply the best. Great estimate upfront, nice professional movers, always in communication along the way. We had bad experience with other movers, especially going between provinces, but Titan Movers were incredible. Hands-down the best movers we've ever used, and we've move a lot.

I had a conditional sale on Kijiji of my 265gal aquarium. I needed to move the aquarium into the customers truck safely or risk losing the sale. Back when I first bought the aquarium it took 5 guys to move it because it was so heavy. When I got Titan Movers to move it they just needed two guys and they elegantly lifted the tank out of my apartment into the customers truck. They were also facilitating because the customer was late (almost 10pm at night). They were able to show up just before the customer arrived, and did the move in no time at all. Don't risk it, hire Titan Movers.

Great experience with the team. Excellent workers, friendly and professional. The Titan team moved our 4 bedroom house from Brampton to Hockley with no damages. Couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Thanks again!!

Titan helped move my girlfriend from her previous home in mississauga to where she is now with me. They were punctual, careful, hardworking, entertaining and very hilarious. I highly recommend this company.
