Horrible service. She didn't mention for moving in cleaning she would just sanitize the house. When asked she said she would clean everything but never mentioned she meant just sanitizing. She didnt use any water or even Lyzol to clean the toilets. She didnt vacuum the carpets. Just switched on the vacuum put the nozzle here and there and its done. Whole house smells horrible with her self made cleaning product. She did not have any cleaning products with her other than sanitizer. Charged me $200 dollar for nthg. The reason I hired professional as some thoroughly cleaning was required. She could not even get the tape residue out of the refrigerator and asked me to buy a different product and try out myself. Came alone and took around 4hrs to sanitize. I dont recommend this cleaning service to anyone. Dnt waste your money.

Opal was hired to do cleaning for Airbnb cleaning. She takes no ownership over poor jobs. She was asked to rectify the mistakes that was done, she basically refused to rectify it. I would recommend her, customers be aware

Exceptional Cleaning provide by Jessica today. First time I've used them and their service has been the best by far, my home sparkled! Very courteous and and intuitive about what needed doing and what didn't. Going forward I will using them every week.

Jess came in and spent 4 hours with a 4 bathroom 3 bedroom home and full basement. She did a great job!
