We contacted HCR after suffering a flood in our basement. Andre and his team (Brandon and Luka) were amazing to work with. Upon understanding our situation, Andre went out of his way to expedite our start date. HCR is a very professional, polite, hard working and extremely honest team who delivered exactly what was requested. The care they took with our home (I.e. meticulously covering the hardwood stairs to the basement to avoid damage during the work) and the attention to detail was outstanding. Aside from the initial deposit, which was extremely reasonable, all other payments were prorated and only due upon completion of the work. The final payment was due after a final walk through with Andre and our satisfaction with the work. As mentioned, an extremely honest company.
