Furnace was not operating properly so I gave Tamer a call. He provided a couple of suggestions over the phone and then scheduled an appointment, on my schedule.

Tamer was on time and immediately set about diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, the issue resolved itself just before the expert showed up. However, Tamer still took the time to ensure it was just a one-off.

Throughout, he provided some tips on regular maintenance and sharing potential causes for issues.
