Sam was very professional and was able to fix the issue with my baseboard heater and replace the thermostat in one visit. He came prepared with all the tools and parts he might need. Not only did he fix what I needed, he explained the issues to me so that I understood why it was broken in the first place. He was kind and I was comfortable having him in my house. Highly recommend!
