SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. AVOID THEM!!
I am so very, very disappointed in this company. I had no idea. I would be struggling this hard just to get things taken care of. As in the other reviews, I have made numerous phone calls since December 2023, have had so much trouble trying to get through to them. They do not answer their calls. They do not return their calls. Theres only a small window in the daytime that their telephone actually will accept your input for being an existing customer. They give you more excuses than you can possibly drum up, And dont follow up with their word. Ive even had trouble getting a service man out to fix things. My recommendation is to stay as far away from Provincial Home services as possible. Still waiting for my refunds for double payments, and its nine months later, had my bank account overdrawn twice, $13,000. waiting for them to pay out my existing contract which they were to do, and they took my air conditioner, which was supposed to be returned to Enercare according to my contract, and now they tell me that they just, scrapped it. I will be following up, because I want compensation for that however, I dont see that happening anytime soon. Maybe a lawyer will fix that.
