I had a visit from Provincial Smart Syatem salesman, suppose to be for the senior Rebate qualifications..he ended telling me allot of things and promise.. immediately he mobiles his technical team removing my current AC to replace it with a heat bump. after the removal of the equipments they sent me the contract which different from what we agreed on.. Salesman changed his mind claiming he did not say what we agreed on, i cancelled the contract, now I am chasing them to re connect my AC. i called the office, they told me to wait a call from the Technical team , 3 weeks now no calls received, i sent them email, no reply. now i am going to wait few more days before i reach out to BBB .
