I had a humidifier that was not working and Erfan identified the problem (circuit board not working). He completed an electrical work around that did the trick. Also, he corrected an unrelated ducting problem he identified and did so at no additional charge to the flat service fee.
I would definitely recommend Kanata as a great HVAC service company.
