I was listing my place for sale when it got flooded the week before. Contacted GCR contracting and they sent a guy right away. I only needed to replace a few baseboards but the style of baseboard was no longer in use. So GCR contracting had a knife made to match the style of baseboard without me replace the entire condo's baseboards. Everything was flawless at the end and the best part is I got the condo listed on time even though it was a short turn around.

As far as the contractors that GCR hired to do the electrical, plumbing and glass fitters, they were good. But where the problems started to come were when it came to the final touches GCR really showed there true colours. Chad would complain when asked about fixing deficiencies and he would keep saying they werent done by him which they wereThe painting and drywall work is horrendous showed him the issues and he pretty much said theres nothing he can do about which he could have but according to him he was way over scope and budget, which are not my fault when your tile person takes 6 tries to fix 2 bowed out tiles in the shower. The lack of pride in work as well as a unwillingness to fix the mistakes and issues that were done by him and his company is just really disappointing. I guess its true when they say its hard to find competent workers now a days

Replaced posts and fixed my fence. I was on a tight timeline and they made it happen on time and under budget. Fence looks great. I am very happy with the entire experience

Chad renovated and finished our basement. Added new walls and wood flooring, and installed a new electrical and lighting system. Now our basement looks clean and modern!

After the renovations, there was no room left for our pull-up bar. So Chad went out of his way to find and buy a full-body work-out machine which he gifted to us free of charge!

On top of that, he is very friendly and always fun to talk to.
