I contacted FR Plumbing because of a drain clog in our kitchen after we had tried everything one can try when one is not a plumber. The woman in the FR Plumbing administration was friendly, helpful, and checked back with us when needed. The service person was prompt, competent, tidy, and friendly. The price was reasonable and our drain is flowing freely once again! Totally satisfied.

I needed to have a new bathroom roughed in which involved connecting to the main line in the basement. Felix was easy to talk to, and very upfront about what was needed. He immediately gave us a printed estimate that outlined all the work that was to be done. The job was done within the next week: very efficiently and they cleaned up the job site. Another thing I like about this company is that they give you a warning when they are on their way, with a text and information about the professional who is coming. This is really good business practice.

Properly diagnosed the issue and fixed our leaky toilet in no time. Would recommend FR Plumbing and use their services again.

I have been having drain issues for a few weeks in my basement.. Had a plumber in twice to snake the drain a week apart. Suggested I hire someone with a camera to have a look.

FR Plumbing was the first to contact me. I explained the issue at which point he suggested the camera. Explained the costs before he began. It turns out that part of the clay pipe inside my house was severely cracked. He gave me a copy of the video.

I also asked him to auger (more powerful auger) again as there was a lot of paper stuck in that area. Told me till the pipe was fixed to flush twice and run water through to keep it from reclogging. Will have him fix the clay pipe. Nice guy, very relaxed and easy to talk to!

Felix was great and fast. He tested everything and was very professional. I would happily work with him again.

We changed our countertop recently & switched from a double sink to a single sink. Felix did a fantastic job cleaning up the old kitchen sink drain pipework which was messy. Looks good now!

Leaking kitchen faucet. Used homestars to hire a contractor. FR plumbing contacted me immediately and came the same day to check my sink.
Felix followed covid protocols and wore his mask the whole time. He showed me what was causing the leak and fixed it the same day.

Overall very satisfied with the service.

Felix did exchanged at Scarborough Town Centre the existing urinals and replaced them with the Urimat waterless urinals
