I'm so happy with my decision to hire Dale from Wild Rose Property Inspection to inspect a house I was considering buying in Red Deer. He was able to come that same day. He was very thorough and patient with all my questions. His well organized report was emailed to me that same night. The next morning he texted to ask if I had any questions and also indicated that I could contact him anytime if I had concerns. He is a wealth of knowledge and very reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend him.
