Our new shower was completed in 2 days with a minimum of noise and mess. The workers were all professional, experienced and pleasant to deal with. This is our second experience with this company as they also put in our previous shower stall at our last residence. Would definitely recommend!!

In my view, Five Star Bath Solutions is one of the BEST companies around. When I decided to do a tub-to-shower conversion, I carefully researched my options and picked Five Star because of the glowing reviews. I can confirm that all the good things said about this company are fully justified.

My first contact was with Shawn, the estimator, who could sell ice in the desert. He did not pressure me, but spent considerable time explaining all my different options, showing me samples, and offering knowledgable advice. I put my deposit down 4 months in advance.

Ash, the owner, was in touch with me periodically before the work actually commenced. There was an unavoidable 1-day delay, but Ash assured me that the project would complete within my specified timeline. This was true. Demolition and the tub-to-shower conversion took 2 days and the glass door was installed on the third day. Under the circumstances, this was incredibly fast.

Gill and Kevin make a fantastic team. They are courteous, respectful and extremely competent. My house is old and it was not surprising for them to discover mold behind the shower wall. In addition to this, there was a hole filled with water beneath the plumbing. This news made me panic, but Gill calmly addressed the problem. Although extra work and expense was necessary, it was resolved. I was so grateful for Gills vast experience and expertise in dealing with such difficulties.

I am very happy with the finished walk-in shower which looks very beautiful and professional. Gill and Kevin did a superb job cleaning up after themselves, leaving my home cleaner than when they started! I enthusiastically recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone considering a bathroom update. It was worth every penny to have it done RIGHT. You absolutely get what you pay for. I had my bathroom renovated - bath replaced with walk in shower new flooring and new pedestal sink installed .Work was completed in 3 days with minimal noise dust and disruption.Ash Gill and Kevin were a great team .Gill and Kevin worked efficiently and quickly despite several complications e.g.an uneven subfloor in and old house needing repair .Ash checked in several times and was available for questions .My requests were quickly responded to .All dirt and debris was removed and the place left spotless .I highly recommend the whole team !

Five Star Bath Solutions are truly worthy of their company name as I surprised my wife for our 4oth anniversary with a complete reno upgrade of our bedroom bathroom. The look on her face and the quality of the workmanship was truly 5 STARS!
