I am extremely satisfied by the services offered by Venusina Homes. Sina and his team are highly knowledgeable, keep to the schedule they set, and perform at a very high quality. They have fulfilled the framing, electrical and insulation during the first stage. Preparing for drywall installation, finishing, and painting during the second stage and flooring and trim work to be performed as the third stage. This part of my basement has been a problem for years. I am truly satisfied to have it renovated professionally.

We had a leak in our basement, and Sina and his team removed and replaced the damaged floors, baseboards and transitions and patched the drywall where it was removed in search of the leak. He was very patient and responsive. We had to wait to replace the floors so we could check that the leak was patched completely, and Sina was very understanding of the delay. The price was reasonable and the work was well done.

The team took care of purchasing, removing and installing toilets in two of my washrooms. They were very efficient and friendly.

The toilet replacement were neatly done on time, and the work was very tidy. I will highly recommend.
