Great experience. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to ensure I was purchasing the right property and Brad was amazing! From beginning to end, provided a comprehensive and detailed inspection and most importantly explained and answered all my questions. Post inspection I got a detailed report addressing areas of importance. Overall, i would highly recommend and will definitely use again
