Harold was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I was forced to move the install date a few times. It was embarrassing to continue contacting Harold but each time he adjusted the install time without complaint. He was very accommodating and it was appreciated. He did a good job installing the faucet. I had no complaints or concerns.
