From the moment I called their office to thanking them for the great work, this company had excellent communication and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their technician was very polite and knowledgeable. The repair took longer than expected but the price did not change because of their flat rate pricing model which I really like. Old guys like me don't like surprises...especially on bills. Thanks guys!
