Workers not qualified, cut corners,

I paid for a bathroom reno. Paid for 36 sq ft in floor heating, got 12. They had to re-do the wall tile 3 times and damaged the new tub. They didn't finish the work. Owner is incredibly rude. Terrible workmanship.
