Grande Tile and Reno Plus

Howard and his crew provided us with exceptional customer service and workmanship. They were very professional and the project was completed as per the contact and within the budget. The project was completed on time.

We had contracted Grand Tile and Reno plus to do our kitchen renovation. They designed and built our basement kitchen. Although the main floor kitchen was designed and installed by a different kitchen company we had used Grand Tile and Reno plus as contractors to do the demolition along with the floor tile, countertop and backsplash installation. They also did the plumbing, electrical, painting and general contracting for our basement and main floor kitchen.

From the start, we dealt with Howard and his project manager Jay.

Howard was always very professional in all aspects from the beginning to the end of the project. Text messages, phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. As expected, unanticipated problems can develop. However, Howard was always able to find a solution quickly and to our satisfaction. Customer service was always exceptional.

We were very happy with the workmanship. Jay always paid great attention to detail in everything that he did. They always cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated.

We would definitely hire them again for any future home renovations and highly recommend Howard and his crew to anyone else looking for such projects.
