I have visited Toronto Cabinetry of their Markham Location. Sales girl who was there was very very rude to us but my wife like one of the washroom cabinet which was on their showroom. We place an order and told her that we want the same one and she said yes it will be the same and they she charged full amount in advanced.
My Contractor went their to pick up the Cabinet and they send us totally different color of counter top which we had order. When i saw that i called her right a way and told her that is is totally wrong color. Her response was very unprofessional and rude , First she says it is same and keep denying about the color then she make excuse saying sometimes granite top has different variant so i ask it can not be totally different color so then i went to the store with the counter top and saw her the color difference and there were other customer was there who can see the total different color so then she agree to that it is different color.
I requested to replace the counter top then she says they do not have it anymore so i ask her for the full refund as it was not our fault. First she was reject to pay us back then she says she will only refund of counter top. I have order the full set and one piece how can i separate the two part? and after long argument she finally said she will refund and then when i took the cabinet to their store she start another argument saying cabinet has some small scratch and she will not pay full cost. I have not even installed the cabinet how it has scratch. I return the way they have put in my car. I ask her i want to speak to another manger and she didnt even let me in the store.
Very very unprofessional and rude. I do know how this big company have sales person like her? So i would says think before you buy as they charge you in advance and at end it is different product they will give you.
