Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in Milton

Paxtin was subcontractor - new fireplace needed framing and concrete board enclosure plus old fireplace vent needed insulation and boarding. Created a mantle shelf/insert for tv boxes. Minor drywall repair, taping and sanding. Did a good job cleaning the work site which is important given our one child is immunocompromised. Took longer than it should’ve and this was mostly the contractor’s fault.

Thank you for your review and we do appreciate the time you have taken to give us feed back. We are happy to hear that you were pleased with our work and tidy work habits, on the other hand we as well were concerned about the timeline, because of this we are no longer working with that contractor and now have total authority over our jobs. Paxtin had taken this contract and accepted it through a 3rd party group. We had no control over when we could go or when to show up as it was controlled by the contractor. Won't hesitate in hiring them for future projects
