RAFIL and his company FACT were such a pleasure to deal with. Finished the basement on time and on budget with the highest quality I could imagine. His honest and professional approach was a breath of grab air from other contractors Ive dealt with in the past.

Service is outstanding. This a team of responsible professionals that listen to their customers, are patient and very accommodating. Work is of high quality and it was timely delivered. We are fully satisfied with the three bathrooms and foyer renovations that include the installation of a new chandelier and pot lights around the house.

Rafil and Mike were so respectful and friendly very nice manners. They covered the whole basement floor before dismantling my old shower and removing it.
Job done efficiently the plumbing was also changed as it was installed incorrectly for my previous shower. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The shower purchase was on top of this price but I was able to get Rafils discount at Bath Depot.

Rafil and his crew were amazing. We went from having a very dated bathroom and tub to a new, luxurious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The contract included a few things that we didnt have to pay for. Example would be pot lights and paint. Rafil and his crew were dependable, arriving on time each day. The work they did was completely professional. Nothing we asked for was a problem. They finished the renovations before the deadline they had put in place. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
