This is our first time having our windows and doors replaced and we have no idea who to talk to. Google online helped us find Norden Seal due to its high customer review ratings and so we decided to contact them. The Manager (Nazif) came all the way to speak with us and explained his product. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest person. The wait time for the arrival and installation of the materials took a little while due to COVID which is understandable and Nazif kept us updated.
During installation, the crews were skilled, precise and knowledgeable of the job and only took them 4 to 5 hours to install everything. They were also polite and mindful of the things inside the house and they cleaned the job site before leaving.
Product is exceptionally of high quality and the workmanship and installation is perfect. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
