Sparkly Property Care

I would NOT recommend Sparkly Property Care to anyone EVER! They came out to clean / repair our eavestroughs in August. Joint job with my neighbour since we have a semi-detached home. Sparkly says that they guarantee their work but that's not true. A week after the job was done we had a rainfall and I noticed that the eavestroughs were leaking just like they were before Sparkly "supposedly did the repair work" My neighbour and I tried calling over and over and after about 2 weeks of consistently calling, someone finally answered the phone. They said they were busy but could send someone out on a Sunday afternoon in September. I waited and waited and nobody showed up. And now they don't answer their phone. It goes right to voicemail and they are not calling me back. I've tried every day, multiple times in the day, and never get a hold of anyone. They don't answer their phone even though they advertise as being available 7 days a week. I have given them ample opportunity to make good. I am now at my wit's end and don't know what else to do. There needs to be accountability for what they have done. Do not fall into the same trap as I did unless you want to lose money for poor work without any follow up or help after the job has been done :(
