First class service from Omid and his team. I called up to enquire about a job. Got told a quote verbally, then sent the quote along with appointment details for the next day. Technical team turned up on time. Very courteous and did a great job of installing my nest units.

Omid and his team was very professional in his approach when he installed my Nest thermostat. After completion, he tidied up and provided a good explanation and demonstration of its key features. He also noticed that my Nest Protect was offline and suggested resetting it to fix the issue. After several attempts to re-connect the Nest Protect without success, he called Nest to report it as a potential faulty device and arranging for a replacement unit to be sent! Thank you very much Dan for sorting this out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Omid, he really knows his stuff!!

I was extremely impressed by Omid. The site is intuitive and easy to use and I just wish more technicians were like Omid. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option.

Excellent service. We called them trying to use Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning for the first time. We booked an appointment with the lady over the phone. The tech (Sean) arrived on time, did a great maintenance that no one had done. I used many companies to service my gas furnace, but no one did what Sean was did on my furnace. Overall, really happy with the service and the profession. Highly recommend them.
