The technician was thorough and competent. He did a complete assessment and recommended a bunch of services. I felt there was a lot of upselling here. I simply wanted the dryer vents cleaned at first and wound up getting a lot more done. I'm glad i did, especially for safety reasons, though it cost me a lot more than I anticipated.
